Lippert Bros. was the General Contractor for the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds $14.3 million Barns 1 & 2 and Meeting Show Offices. The project involved the construction of two barns and one office structure that combined for more than 259,000 square feet. The barns have recently been dubbed "Super Barns" due to their sheer size in relationship to other barns in this area.

The barns are a pre-engineered metal building structure with a large clearstory in the center of each barn rising 60 feet above the finish floor. The company says unique features included poured in place concrete wash stalls, 556 site-cast tilt-up concrete stall panels to accommodate 1,050 horse stalls and an indoor show arena. The entire project required 6,500 cubic yards of concrete, 2,000 cubic yards of excavation and backfill and 30,0000 cubic yards of arena dirt.
