The project is a two-story split level structure totaling approximately 34,000 square feet designed by Frankfurt-Short-Bruza Associates, PC. The design is a structural steel frame with brick and EIFS veneer and a combination of metal and flat roofs. The facility is accented with a two-story 45 foot diameter cylinder on one end housing a tiered classroom on the first floor and offices on the second floor. The exterior is complemented with a large number of windows, site retaining walls, open plaza area and even an outdoor classroom facility. Interior finishes include a combination of terrazzo, wood, tile, carpet and cork flooring. The new space will include classrooms, one tiered lecture hall, a 140 seat recital hall, and office space.
