Lippert Bros., Inc. was the successful bidder twice for the last two phases of the Noble Research Center. LBI self-performed all of the structural concrete for these two 63,000 square foot, three story structures. Bands of cast stone with brick veneer and bay windows enclose the two laboratory facilities. Interior amenities include laboratory casework, vent hoods, and walk-in coolers on every floor. Upon completion, all of the Noble Research Center buildings were connected with a three story open atrium, enhancing the feeling of one continuous facility.
