Lippert Bros., Inc. was actually one of several contractors working on this site simultaneously. Having been awarded four of the work packages, LBI's responsibilities started with the early demolition package and continued to include the renovation of the south end of the crystal bridge, the McGee Center, expanding the water stage area, along with construction of the new band shell, children's pavilion, rest rooms, the event lawn pavilion and the new restaurant.
