Construction Management
Construction Management: Professional construction management allows us to serve in a variety of capacities, ranging from oversight and consulting to total involvement. The construction management approach lends itself to fast-track and complex projects that can be undertaken in several phases and or packages before the final design is complete. The importance of hiring a truly professional construction manager cannot be underestimated. Lippert Brothers, Inc. is registered as a Construction Manager with the Oklahoma Department of Central Services and employs several Certified Construction/Project Managers. These construction professionals possess numerous credentials that include Certified Professionals Constructor by the American Institute of Constructors and Certified Construction Contract Administrators as certified by the Construction Specification Institute.
General Contracting
General Contracting: One of the disappearing breed of general contractors, LBI also possesses a large field staff with support equipment capable of structural excavation, concrete formwork, reinforcing steel installation, carpentry, miscellaneous steel erection, specialty and equipment installations and site utilities work.
